See, for a normal person I'd agree: Trump's actions look like those of a guilty man.
But Trump is just so arrogant and infinitely incompetent, that I could see this coming down to just that: he's refusing to listen to his advisors, he thinks he's allowed to do whatever he wants, and ultimately, he just has no clue what he's doing.
So he's mad that people are questioning his legitimacy with the Russian investigation, and he was pals with Flynn, and he thinks that he has the power, nay! the right, to ask people to make these things that he doesn't like to just go away.
He doesn't have to be guilty. He just has to be that narcissistic and that dumb.

He's the president until removed from office by the Senate following his conviction by the Senate. In other words, yes, he is still president while impeached by the House and before his removal by the Senate..
I see, so he could be impeached by the House but still remain in office if the Senate chooses not to remove him from office. Like Bill Clinton.
However impeachment is not a judicial process. The judicial dept can't charge the president with a crime until he has been removed from office.
