Still smarting over the EC process?
Remember that SWSNBN (she-who-shall-not-be-named) had less than half of the votes.
Neither achieving a real majority indicates the low quality of choices from the Big Two.
Nonetheless, he won by the rules in place before the election.
Complaining about the rules & the result after the fact doesn't change that.
I was going to say it's the same person you voted for but was trying to be general. Nothing to do with he results but the trump before and after the votes.

It just seemed like your shocked by Trumps rhetoric.
No.
The only thing which shocked me was that he got the nomination.
I never saw that coming.
Nothing else is surprising....even the DNC's treatment of Bernie.

The let's stick to the OP. Why is Trump killing so many civilians? Because he is a bigot and a hatemonger.
I might be inclined to answer that if it was asked by someone who had an understanding of armed conflict.

What am I dense or something? You assume my father and I have no military experience? I say my father cause I've heard all the horror stories about Vietnam.

Yeah the Vietnam war was fought basically using the same philosophy that politicians put in place prior to the current President. Those policies cost the lives of our service members

Aye, what a disaster the management of that war was.
I haven't yet watched the Ken Burns show. Have you?

What philosophy is that and what is a better philosophy?

Give the military the objective and let them do their job.
Well shoot they got enough generals on the cabinet I would think they know what they are doing. Geneva Convention says we are to avoid civilians, what gives? Do we lower ourselves to the animals we are trying to fight?

Is that going to make it ok that under trumps admistration, it accounts for 60% of civilian deaths, a three year figure that they managed to shatter in just first three months of pres Trump. There is no excuse for such figures.
Yep you have an opinion. Unfortunately it is an opinion based on unrealistic expectations when conducting warfare. And that is just my opinion.

No it's always been quite fascinating to me to have rules for combat, isil or whoever don't care.

War is not a civilized endeavor, it is usually the innocent that suffer the most. However, to accomplish the given objectives it is not always possible to protect the innocent. Modern wars are not fought on the field of battle with just the opposing sides lined up against each other.
