I voted, and a straight Republican ticket. I didn't vote for the Republicans, but against the Democrats.

I am of the opinion that gridlock in government, with a country this divided, is preferable. The less the government does, the better.

Nope. Voted two or three weeks ago. Absentee. Local elections are always tough, as it's hard to find enough information to make an informed decision. Because of that, I often end up not voting in them at all.

Exactly. I'd argue they're for even bigger government than Dems, the way they want to regulate everybody by their theocratic values. Reps are also big on censorship in their ways.

Don't be silly, and I'm not either. Republicans are a big government party, opposed to the Democrats who are a gargantuan government party.

I almost always vote against the incumbent, regardless of party. These politicians must learn that if they refuse to adhere to the laws and the Constitution, they will be fired.
