So did you move first then find work, or did you find work out of state or outside the country first and then move?

Any time I relocated, I already had a job lined up. I traveled out of town, made some money, decided if I really wanted to move, picked out a place and then moved my family. There are so many labor providers and opportunities on the internet and trade publications.
