Sadly, due to our widely divergent tastes there is no such thing as an Ultimate playlist unless you did it via statistical analysis but even that would not take into account endless private play permutations. (Some good choices in your list though!)

As a side note:

One pastime I found very rewarding was crafting CD's for other people. I would visit them, get a sense of their musical tastes, add in any special "must have's" and from there I would go back home and think of how to arrange 4 - 8 hours of continuous music. Oddly, one of my favorite projects was for my Grandmother (who was 94 at the time) and it was a real experience getting to know the music she was familiar with. The old dear was suffering from advanced Macular Degenera by that time and could no longer see properly, so I thought my gift would help her pass the time. She loved it! It took a few weeks to a month to produce the final CD.
