It says 새우깡 or saeukkang, which means ‘shrimp flavored crackers’ according to Papago. Korean food companies sometimes shorten the English words on their products, and it can end up sounding weird. For instance, I’ve seen packaging where peanut butter sandwich is shortened to ‘peanut butter sand.’ In my experience, peanut butter sand is yummy!
