Unwholesome and impure sex

And so does the entire world. Especially those affected by HIV/AIDS.

Maybe so. I personally doubt it. Not knowing what one is doing is what causes suffering, be it through insistence in being inexperienced or through careless choice of sexual partners.

Unhappy marriages are perhaps a far more damaging reality than AIDS could ever aim to be.

I strongly, strongly disagree.

Sex is dirty when it's outside of marriage, or non-consentual inside of marriage.

Or, in the case of a certain US politician cheating on his cancer-stricken wife with a female member of his own campaign staff and then using campaign-money in a failed attempt to cover up the adultery .... sex is absolutely rancid.

I should also note that I would happily trade all of that for white bread, and have done so quite actually, and without regret. There's more to the sandwich than just the bread.

Sex is dirty when it leads to unwanted pregnancies and shotgun weddings.

STD's don't make sex any cleaner, esp. when it's HIV/AIDS.

It would really suck to BE the unwanted pregnancy. I feel unwanted enough in the world without having come into it that way.

I wasn't technically unwanted per se... but I wasn't planned. I was just the product of sex between my mom and dad...

That's common. My wife and I had our first recently. We didn't say, "Let's have a baby, immediately." We just did what married folks do and didn't bother to take precautions. We're both very happy to have a baby and we love him. He's so cute.

I would say that it's excellent, and you're very fortunate that the sex that brought you into the world was had between a married pair, and that they were there to care for you once you were born.
