USA voting on "In God We Trust" Motto

The Obama gaff is pretty funny, though.

If he thought that, one has to wonder what the bone-headed Congress-people think the motto is. Or was.

You know how Leno used to go out on the street and ask people easy questions? I wonder what it would be like if he asked Congress.

Sen. Reed from TX, "Angellous is my daddy."

Everyone within earshot nods in approval. Some cheer.

I liked the man on the street interviews outside the voting booths during the last Presidential election.

Breitbart.tv » ‘Howard Stern Show’ Quizzes Obama Supporters in Harlem on Candidate Policies

Personally I liked this one with Sarah Palin supporters outside her book signing a couple years ago.

this goes to show that we need people to pass a voting test in order for them to be eligible to vote...
this will never work being that willfully ignorant people also pay their taxes

sad...very very sad state of affairs....
but really, is this new?

Thats why we are a Republic and not a Democracy.

"in KFC we trust"
Fun story: one of my friends is from Trinidad. When he was returning from a visit, he bought a bucket of KFC chicken in Trinidad to eat on the plane.

Half of it was left when he landed in the US for his connection to Canada, and the customs officers made him throw it away - he wasn't allowed to import his KFC into the US. :(

Isn't it kind of ironic that we print God's name on money, when the Bible condemns excessive wealth and the love of riches?

You can do Godly things with Money....
I feel I learned from reading and contemplating Ecclesiastes.

Having isn't necessarily 'Vanity' if you are doing good and Godly things with it.....

Now THAT might lead to some irony..... Wars and all....

That's my $.02
