Vaccines

Kangaroo Feathers

Yea, it is written in the Book of Cyril...
Hey, those are fine. Who wouldn't want to have polio instead of the much lower risk of vaccine...
I used to nurse a polio survivor. He was in his 60s and had been almost completely paralysed since he was 10. Could barely even talk. I'd like to make anti-vaxers spend a week with such people.

What I find infuriating about anti vaxxers (apart from the obvious irresponsibility and endangering others) is whenever I do encounter them, I can tell straight away their arguments are bogus. But I don't possess enough biology and chemistry knowledge to properly articulate why. You know? It's like when some anti science person tries to tell me something against biology. I have enough education to tell that they're wrong, just not enough to properly counter them. It's so frustrating! Lol /end pointless rant.

Just ask them if they know anyone who has suffered from polio. If they say no, let them know it is because of vaccines. As the old saying goes, the proof of the pudding is in the eating.

Yeah they'll just hit back with that stupid misinformed "polio was already on it's way out." It's like trying to argue against the WBC. Might as well try to teach a monkey to fly.
