I recently discovered this forum whilst reading up on the Sikh faith, which more recently I decided to follow.

I'm 31, an English teacher living in Vietnam, specifically in Ho Chi Minh City. I have a background in history and have also studied a number of religions including Judaism, Christianity and Islam. I also know Latin and Koine Greek because of my studies (in addition to 6 other languages!).

Fun fact: I play the accordion.

My guess is that that draws a crowd if and when you play.

Returning to Viet Nam is on my wish list. (I was with U.S. land-based Naval force stationed in Saigon, Dec. 68-Dec. 69). Oh to watch a flock of fair maidens walking by in their áo dài once more before I leave this world.

And come on over! I'm in Saigon myself, really enjoying it. I've even got my non la hat. Ao dai is amazing too, such pretty colours and patterns.

Nah, ... appropriately modest, I always thought. Although I suppose that on a very, very hot day, some brave maiden may modify the lower part.
