Lol, that's too funny. Now I haven't seen that. However, I've seen people wearing clothes so tight, along with no underwear, that they might as well have been naked. Both men and women, too. If I looked long enough, I probably could've discerned his circumcision status.
I object to that, too. There's dressing suggestively, and then there's just obscene.
So even you have seen more entertaining people. Lol.
Yes... my city is full of characters. (Honestly, its probably the only thing I like about it.)

Honestly, I could put up with some of the 'costumes' in a Wal-Mart. What I can't take is that it seems to be a playground for adults to misbehave at. At least our local one is.

Poor Spongebob.
He was sitting in a chair, when someone sat on him.
He looks happy about it though.

I wonder if this just their casual, everyday wear, or if they dress up special just for Walmart.

At least the Walmart shoppers are colorful and fun, from the pics in this thread.

That's my take. I appreciate folks who are willing to add some humor and variety to everyday life.

Early in the pandemic when we started to have to wear masks in grocery stores, my partner made a mask out of an old pirate bandana I had. The first time I wore it out to a grocery store, I included my tricorn hat and a pirate shirt. NO ONE SAID ANYTHING! People would look, then make it a point to avoid looking. Except the kids of course. :)
