Quite honestly, I think his speech was succinct. Just because he didn't say the word 'Jew', so what?. He was referring to the list below.
If he would have mentioned Jews then people could complain that he didn't mention, Jehovah Witnesses, Ethnic Poles, Serbs, Disabled, Romani, Freemasons, Slovanenes, homosexuals & Spanish Republicans.

I speak as a Jew who would have had several more uncles, aunts and cousins if not for the holocaust.

Jews were mentioned in all the past remembrances. He went out of his way to do something different. I attribute it to bannon but it speaks volumes.
