You dont see there is a neutral between good and evil do you? Not everything in this world has to be either good or bad. It can just be a tool.

A tool can be used to do good but also to do wrong. Most often the tool is used to do neutral things.

Human spirit can be both good and bad. A human can chose to use Gods words to do good. But the same person can chose to use Gods words to do evil (due to the persons ego)

A person can chose to do evil deeds toward others, or to do good toward others.

Or stay neutral, just living a silent life.

I have completed secondary school with Gold Medal, University
with Cum Laude, I was lector and researcher at University, I
am the author in Physical Review E. My last scientific-math results are
proofs of Riemann and abc conjectures. My principle of paper-writing is
"Whoever speaks must do so as one speaking the very words of God" 1 Peter 4:11.
