Washable money.

It's long been known that money is dirty stuff, and aids in spreading germs. These days I'm happy Canadian currency is washable. After a quick trip to the store just now, I washed the change and the bills?

Is your currency washable? If not, what steps are you taking to keep currency clean or not use it at all?

thats how it feels when some money do get on my account, they are gone just as fast, but that's life when one is poor.
I found the collecting money is ridiculous hobby. It is easier to curb our desires.

If worried and it's paper money you can spray it with alcohol(70% or more) let it sit until it dries.

some people are so poor, they only have money.
At the moment i eat only every other day because i can not afford the food here in Norway, so the little i have goes to buy some food. All my physical belongings(except for clothes) have been sold away, and even this laptop i writing on is not mine :) But life is good anyway now.

When I first heard about money laundering, this is probably what I thought. Certainly didn't know the real meaning. As a society we're all headed away from currency, but it's still handy in some instances ... like when the vendor doesn't have a credit card machine, for donation boxes, or for really small purchases. I use maybe $100 a month. Seems silly to pull out the credit card for $O.25.

it is truly paradoxical, this life condition, is it not
I was injured last summer and spent the winter in an isolation of a kind, no work, no people, and now that spring has begun....lockdown such as i had hoped would not be our collective fate...so in anticipation of getting out into 'the world' i sit and wait..... even forums seem to move at a snails pace....
but it is perfectly imperfect supposedly.... hmm

It wouldn't need to be washed at all if it was invisible.. I mean, you'd think a civilization that was serious about technology would put all the stuff on a card or something

I operate a money laundering operation

I stopped carrying a wallet and just take cash. I got out a lot of cash from the bank and take what I need each time. When I get home I throw the 'dirty' money on a chair and leave it for at least 3 days while using money from my pile of 'clean' money.

After 3 days the dirty money is now clean again so can go back in the rotation.
