No he was the President at the time. He was told of interference by his own intelligence. Yet he did not pass this down to the DoJ or Congress, so if anyone is copable for Russian interference it is him and his administration.

To add to my last post. The Steele dossier was used to issue the FISA warrant. The Steele dossier has been proven to be a fabrication created to deceive. Submitting this false document is a felony.
