We call it gut feeling or instinct; it's not, it's the devas at work (really long)

Everything is done through, by, and for God(dess).

Yes! Though, this is one of the reasons I disagree that it's "not" gut feeling, also. Non-dualism works everywhere; it's both.

We are, ourselves, devas and devis. Everything we do is done by, for, and through devas, because that's us. When Ganesh helps out, that's even better.

I don't think Ganeshji puts obstacles in our way, he destroys them! GANAPATI BAPA MORIYA

The obstacles he puts are ones on the paths that lead us to adharma. The ones he takes away are on the path of dharma. He's a very intelligent God. :)

This is long, really long  but it is my experience, and I share it because I truly believe the devas are active in our lives.

You had me at the title. I recently came to understand that emotions, all emotions, are messages from Gods. We can learn from them, and grow and heal, or we can reject them and create injustice and disaster.

Gut feeling is the working of emotion (of the body) and mind (of the Self) in harmony (usually).

Instinct, I think, is just what we call emotional reactions. Humans and animals are forced to act according to them, except when we're able to commune with the Gods and change ourselves.
