Do you think people select White people to lead to a greater likelihood of conviction for Black defendants?Jury composition is determined not just by random draw,
but also by each side having a certain number of jurors
they can reject for any reason. I suspect that the defense
would fear prejudice from black jurors towards a white
defendant (painted as a white supremacist in the media).
I wonder how many people want more black jurors for
a greater likelihood of conviction?
Why do you hate black people?Or does that insinuation only work in one direction?
Why won't you answer my question? Why do you hate black people?

What about them? What about Asian Americans?
Do you think the racial makeup of a jury is an indicator of racism? If all they put on a jury are black and/or white, its already a racist set jury.
What about them?

Do judges still wear powdered wigs in Europe and is Harry Potter still only four feet(foot?) tall? What about them?
