Do you think people select White people to lead to a greater likelihood of conviction for Black defendants?
Or does that insinuation only work in one direction?

What about Asian Americans? If all they put on a jury are black and/or white, its already a racist set jury.

Do you think the racial makeup of a jury is an indicator of racism?
What does that mean for juries made up of predominantly White people, then?

Its more about winning than racism. The prosecutor and defense lawyers strike jurors they think will lesson their chance of winning, regardless of color.
Do judges still wear powdered wigs in Europe and is Harry Potter still only four feet(foot?) tall?
