How I could report it wordly ? so if he/she(theif) try to sell it ,so it's known as stolen .

Hey, it took me a couple of goes too. I thought maybe it was a work of the Marx Brothers or something new from Sherwin Williams. I wasn't sure at first.

It did take me a couple of reads to interpret the message of the OP.

If its not too valuable you could possibly create a flyer

And get it out to all the pawn shops in your area

If it is valuable also get copies out to the art dealers and collectors
