Lev 16:30: ALL sins can be cleansed on the day of atonement.

כי־ביום הזה יכפר עליכם לטהר אתכם מכל חטאתיכם לפני יהוה תטהרו׃​
For on that day shall the priest make an atonement for you, to cleanse you, that you may be clean from all your sins before the Lord.​

Forgiveness requires resentence, which begins with going to the one you have harmed and making it right, and ending with making the changes in your life so that you do not repeat the mistake. Why would the rules for witchcraft be different than for any other sin?
