No. I was a good student when I applied myself (except in math, which I suck at). I just stopped going to school. I was truant a lot.

I was lucky. I did some foolish things, but I got away with them. I think that might be fairly common. Young people survive at least as much by luck as by anything else. Most of us, at least. Now and then, one hears of the tragedies when some kid took a foolish risk and didn't get away with it.

I was very stupid in high school. I also was a sociopath. Thank God I am no longer that guy.

Do you still feel like you're the same person you were in high school?
That is interesting. All the research I have done states that sociopaths can't be cured. They don't want to be. One guy put it this way: curing a sociopath is like teaching a cell phone to cook a pizza. The cell phone isn't wired for it, can't do it, and wouldn't want to anyway.

So...perhaps you weren't a sociopath.

me? I was called stupid, even by some of my teachers. but I wasn't. I was just weird. Stayed weird. Don't have a problem being weird, and at my age, I can be as weird as I want. Very freeing.
