Jesus said:John 14:6 Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. 7If you really knew me, you would know my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him."
Aren't you contradicting yourself here?In my own opinion I don't think you can think there are other paths to god and still consider yourself a Christian. Please keep in mind though. I don't think just because you're not a christian means you're going to hell. It all depends on how you live your life. I'm not one of those that thinks only christians are in heaven. You believe in what you believe in, how you choose to act on your faith defines you.
I think there is one path to God and that is through Jesus Christ. As Tood pointed out, in general, Christianity will teach this concept as well. You mentioned that Islam teaches God can be reached through nature, holy words, as well as prophets. I believe these general and divine revelations can point towards God but once we make the step of faith that we want to get to God, it's through Jesus we must go.
Actually Muhammed says it is Jesus Who will judge on judgment day. That sounds like you and Muhammed are in agreement on this one.
Sorry. I'm failing to see how this applies to what I said.
