Last night I ate some Eggplant chicken parmesan with a spinach salad,red onions,mushrooms, sprinkled balsamic vinaigrette with olive oil.Served with french bread and merlot wine.Im still a bit full so I will probably just eat some hummus with pita baked bread chips for lunch.

Homemade Chicken and oddly Lamb soup with fresh Chillies and Udon noodles,i think I prefer Ramen noodles though but it was good.
