If you arent going for an operation or something you should eat.

I already feel nauseous from smelling my avocado, kale, melon and vanilla smoothie; but I know its good for me.

On a whim, surprised the kids with French toast and sliced apples for breakfast. Of course, the apple slices had to be drizzled with syrup too. :p

I had leftover Mexican for breakfast.

Unhealthy, I know, but I work today (which involves a lot of walking) and I'm going to make my lunch and dinner more nutritious.

I was at Coober Pedy in out back South Australia the other day and had a brilliant "Coat of arms" pizza with both Emu and Kangaroo with a crispy thin base... Delicious, best in the world.
