There are many closed minded people on either side of the theistic divide. Assigning this attribute to JUST theists is just another way of demeaning ALL who believe in God in spite of your protestations to the contrary.

So what term does he use to describe atheists who are closed minded?

"Fundie (Fundamentalist)" works quite nicely. Did you know that I can't stay for long on Atheist forums because their mockeries of religion makes me sick? They are often arrogant and treat every Theist like they belong in an insane asylum. How many times have I defended religion on this forum? But you don't care. You are on a witch-hunt and intend to crucify me.

Well, good for you! I find that to be JUST as objectionable as theists who are condescending towards atheists.
