I wish @SomeRandom would also share her comic purchases here. I'm pretty sure my collection is nothing compared to what she got. ;)

This is awesome. I really liked the one with the Ninja Turtles logo and the one having red batman print.

Love your DC stuff too. I've been thinking of grabbing some of the Golden Age omnibuses, like swamp thing, house of mystery etc. but they are a lil' expensive. I hope i'll be able to get atleast one by winter this year. :=)

Aww thanks.
Yeah that’s like maybe a third of my collection, if that. A lot of it is stuffed away ready for the upcoming winter in my region lol (and maybe in the laundry atm lol)
If we’re counting movies, then mate I have like two drawers full of dvds haha
I got this collection of “Universal classics” as they market it here. All the old movies with behind the scenes and featurettes. Dracula, Frankenstein, Wolfman, Creature from the Black Lagoon etc.
I was very happy to see that in my local shop, since Australia doesn’t always get such gems. Unless you go to some geek shop lol

The golden age collections are awesome. But I can understand looking for a bargain, because they can be expensive
Especially with geek gear I find it’s better to find bargains than to just look for cool things on the shelf

The Abe Sapien omnis and B.P.R.D. omnis are missing in my collection. Some of those volumes are out of publication. :(

A car charger. I returned it roughly two hours later. I don't remember what I bought before that. Let me check my Amazon purchases...

Okay, I bought this on April 27th...

I can't keep money in me wallet for too long and end up spending every month. lol
Probably safer than having an iPhone or credit card though, given that cash generally stays ensconced there for years (my experience), and where money seems to leak endlessly when it is so easy to buy things these days with our latest and greatest technology.

Did you ever end up buying movie DVDs that later wouldn't play in some portions? It happened with me twice. Since then i try and watch them online.
Here where i stay, there is only one bookstore that has a small amount of mangas and american comics. People here don't read much of those. I used to go there before covid. Now i mostly grab from amazon when the price is right. :=)

Omg all the time.
Though some of that may be my fault. I try my best to keep them pristine, but they end up scratched all the same :(

A wooden well bucket. The lining in the old one is breaking up.

A water feature pump, the old one gave up after 5 years.

A tube of ibufetum (ibuprofen gel) used for arthritis

A cat collar for one of the strays. The village has a policy of rounding up stray cats and sending them to be domesticated and homed. This stray sort of lives with us. Now all we have to do is get the collar on him ;-)

A variety of plants for the tiny garden.

Not going into food shopping, evenore boring than the other stuff
