Books. It's an addiction, frankly, and I have to stop doing it; my reading list will take me years to get through as it is. I certainly did not need a 65th anniversary hardback edition of Jack Kerouac's On The Road, which I first read 45 years ago. On the other hand, turns out 'ti-Jean was a far better writer than he is generally given credit for (Ginsberg knew), and I wouldn't have known that if I hadn't recently bought the book.
