Tell us what you think of him. As politician and as man.
As a politician I consider Zhelensky a major failure for failing to create policies that would have ensured his country's peace and prosperity.
Switzerland's neutral policy for centuries enabled it to escape the heavy devastation in neighboring european countries which were involved in this or that military alliance, and especially the two world wars. It is the first name that comes to mind in the west in terms of peace and prosperity and general well-being.
Zhelensky lacks a quality education or experience as an administrator and most of his working experience is related to the entertainment industry.
His youth and inexperience means that he is bound to make hot-headed decisions without due diligence, which can lead to errors in decision-making.
Wish Ukraine had a better leader but this was not meant to be.

I don't know all that much about him. Is he in his 40's? He looks like he's in good shape for his age. Maybe he looks a little anxious, but he's maybe got a harder type of job right now. Yeah I'd say he has bravery as well, standing his ground, and not just abandoning the place.
But I don't know if he's working toward peace right now or not, or how that would work if he tried. Can he trust putin? Would he have to cede territory? Would ukrainians even accept that, if he did at this point? Is that the right thing to do? So he has a complicated and hard job

maybe the ukrainian leadership should put fake trust in putin until he dies of old age, I don't know. Putin does give off a hard to predict vibe. Maybe the solution to countering that, would be partly to act hard to predict. Zelensky strikes me as being just a little bit anxious. Maybe it would throw putin off if zelensky acted extremely cool and collected

Ukraine is a highly corrupt country, as per independent observers and experts, so it would not be much of a surprise if the money it gained during the war is now in many bureaucrats or officials bank accounts.
