jeffrey said:Interesting concept. I believe all animals have a will to live, it's bread into us, a part of us, the will to survive, but humans, at times can loose that will. You can have a sick whale beach itself, or an old member of a heard to weak to try and survive, but humans, physically fit are the only animals that I know of that can loose that will. Something you will never see is a zebra, who he just caught his mate with another zebra, walk up to a lion and say "Please eat Me!"
Personally, what gives me that will is my wife. My love for her and not wanting to go a day without her.
