Yes, they do ... but so do legalised killings in the US. It is barbaric. So, IOW, beheadings don't bother you..?
...Because to me, it seems disrespectful to the max.

Just curious, could you list christian terror group for reference?
I don't think for a second that this thread was motivated by *caring.*About as many times as the STATE has tried to give me the electric chair.
...But this isn't about me. It's about right and wrong. It's about *caring*, and pointing the light on a religion that has special ways for killing people.
A molotov cocktail is not a "bomb".
Drivers who litter and don't signal bother me.Yes, they do ... but so do legalised killings in the US. It is barbaric.

The LRA immediately comes to mind. Also:Just curious, could you list christian terror group for reference?
Last year all Texas' executions were black people - are all white people innocent or do they just have the best lawyersOn innocent people? I don't support state execution, but apples and oranges.
It doesn't. But some people will become obsessed with the idea of their own righteousness, and some religious groups pander to that obsession for cohesion, and control. Why does a religion need to kill at all?
Right.Then you'd be wrong.
Yes, they bother me too - but beheading or lethal injection is a tad too harsh for them. Just chop their hand off.Drivers who litter and don't signal bother me.
Fire bomb, but how does this detail change the point? Still a terrorist attack.A molotov cocktail is not a "bomb".
I do hate fundamentalism, that's true.
My point is that comparing unrelated things we don't like is silly whataboutism. I don't like capital punishment either, but that's nothing like murdering random innocents over ideology.Yes, they bother me too - but beheading or lethal injection is a tad too harsh for them. Yes, quite often a Christian will deny the OT has influence over Christians. I have yet to see one who advocates removing the OT from the christian bible and thus reducing its size by 85%.
What's your definition of fundamentalism? It's not a precisely defined category.
Fire bomb, but how does this detail change the point? Still a terrorist attack.
You gonna binge watch that netflix show?Yes, by definition. Though, not the same as beheading.
I'm talking about beheading people, and taking lives. Not arson.
I don't know. It's a good question. I can attempt to apply apologetics to it; but, I think that would be in poor taste considering how recently these people were killed.
However, here's something...
I'm not in favor of any death penalty personally. However, if the execution method was more like a guillotine, i would be less opposed to it.
