Nice try.

You guys are so predictable.

Yes, asking you to present the evidence you claim exists is a logical and predictable step. So, yet again, where is this evidence? Now you'll either say you already stated it or some such without actually listing a post number or anything, or refur to everyone who hasn't seen this so called evidence as 'haters'.

So Watchmen, I gather you have no evidence in favor of the historicity of the BoM, and have to resort to claiming boredom?

Would you like more evidence on the other side? We haven't even touched on the linguistic or genetic research.

Perhaps this is what you mean by evidence. If so, then I note a most significant phase, "to people who do believe the book."

Sounds like the old 'once you decide to believe THEN you will believe' stance that is some common among believers.

How about folks who neither believe nor care? They simply look the evidence and decide. Among those the BoM has no supporters.

How do you explain that?

Not to mention that there is no correlation between the mayans and hebrew temples. If there were, surely there'd be some source for this claim. And the mayans are a long, long way away from where the 'gold plates' were 'found' by smith.
