I just had a peanut butter and pickle sandwich.

How was it?

I had shepherds pie, broccoli, carrots, cucumber and Swiss chard sauteed in garlic and Tex Mex seasoning, followed by a bit of apple sauce for dessert. Everything after "pie" was from the garden. I love this time of year.

I'm going to have some chocolate chip mint ice cream for a bed time snack.
