Like every other holy book, it was written by humans.
What's wrong with it being written by humans? (We're not diseases, are we? )

It portrays disbelievers in a very unflattering light and that does not sit well with many non-Muslims. If you are a Muslim you might not even notice all the passages haranguing the disbelievers as if Allah has real issues with those who dare not to recognize him. I get the distinct impression that Allah is a very insecure god and one not worth believing in. If Allah is reality then we are all doomed. When one reads the Bhagavad-Gita, Krsna sound really cool and comes across as a loving being. Big difference. What is wrong with the Quran? When I read the Quran I feel peaceful and calm. HelloLike every other holy book, it was written by humans.
For instance the thing with the 72 virgins in paradise is a misunderstanding from the original aramaic where it speaks about white grapes.
I read about a theory that the original Koran was written in aramaic.
It's an issue more because humans are eminently fallible, whilst the book is seen as flawless.
We are subject to biases. We invent supernatural stories to explain the things we don't understand. We treat other humans as an inferior species. And yes, humans are a disease to the planet.
