What is wrong with those people who support homosexuality practices?

According to the study carried out by Center for Disease Control in 2009, indicates that only 2% of U.S. population is gay but 61% of these people are heavily affected by new HIV infections more than any other group in the United States.

So, the question is, what is wrong with those people who support homosexuality practices? Do not they not care about the facts? Deep down do they not care about others well-being? Are they like one of those girls who goes out to the mall with an ugly friend just to stand out? Maybe deep down they think of themselves as ugly ducklings, and so in order to make them look charming they support homosexuality practices and state that it’s healthy. But deep down they know it’s not.

Those people don't care about the facts. Instead, they want their agenda promoted. They want their sexual freedom without responsibility. They, like so many tyrants in history, want to force their minority opinion on the majority to satisfy their own appetites.

1) There are a myriad factors involved in the prevalence of STDs within subsets of the LGBT community. Notable is a lack of sexual education as a result of shaming brought on by prejudice.

2) It's not a minority opinion in the USA. The majority are in favour of same-sex marriage, for example. You're the minority there.

Is the fact that the ratio of sti are higher in racial minorities mean there's something intrinsically wrong with minorities or that there's more complicated social issues going on?

We are getting close to finding ways to eradicate HIV all together through gene therapy or hunter microbes or other means. When we invariably cure HIV you will no longer have this argument to lob at homosexuals. To add to that, most people living in the western world with HIV are expected to live healthy normal lives, so are you really worried about their health or just looking for reasons to condemn how they live?

Fun fact, worldwide the leading cause of the spread of HIV/AIDS is through heterosexual sex, rather than homosexual. Particularly in African countries, which was perpetuated largely by the condemnation and demonization of condoms by Catholic organizations of the time (note this is not to blame all Catholics.)

Also blaming a particular community for HIV/AIDS is pretty ****ing sick. They need medical treatment not some holier than thou smug condemnation from supposed religious folks. Jesus never mocked the sick did he? His followers (not all of them) seem to do that though.

What is wrong with people who drive cars?

Death due to car accident remains among the top ten leading cause of death in the US (LINK LINK) with 38,000 people dying in 2015 and 4.4 million seriously injured in US alone(LINK).

So, the question is, what is wrong with those people who continue to support driving cars? Do not they not care about the facts? Deep down do they not care about others well-being? Are they like one of those girls who goes out to the mall with an ugly friend just to stand out? Maybe deep down they think of themselves as too house-tied, and so in order to make them look out-and-abouts, they support the continued legalization of driving cars, and state that it’s beneficial. But deep down they know it’s not.

Those people don't care about the facts. Instead, they want their agenda promoted. They want their freedom to move around the country without responsibility. They, like so many tyrants in history, want to force their minority opinion on the majority to satisfy their own appetites.

Your opening post is a mixture of bigotry, ignorance and also insulting about folks who support freedom-to-love.
If the figures are true..... if..... then more media attention needs to be devoted to safe-sex for gays, rather than be used as a crushing blow to personal choice and sexual orientation.

Call me an irresponsible tyrant, and all the rst of it, but I will support freedom-to-love every time.
