I disagree. The President should always be held accountable for any stupid comments he makes publicly. He represents the US, and what he said to Ball was extremely childish. Trump could have easily just ignored him.
Perhaps, it appears to be culture here in KiwiLand among .. umm polite way to describe group...
ahh yes, lower socioeconomic groups ....

Isn't it pathetic that so many of the Trump supporters will use almost any tactic to deflect or excuse what this guy has done and continues to do on a pretty much daily basis. [rhetorical]

So by all means, in which other way would you suggest that Trump get his message out to people if not by Twitter, since the Mainstream News Media can not be trusted in telling the truth and putting out correctly what Trump does say.
At lease Trump is going directly to the people through Twitter, Than relying on the lieing Mainstream News Media, to tell the truth.
I would rather have Trump or any other President to go through Twitter, and hear it directly from him, than rely on the Mainstream News Media that can not tell the truth correctly.
For say yourself, if you had News People that would not tell it correctly what you say, how long would it be, before you go another way of getting your message out to people.
So if you relied on the News Media To tell you on everything. How would you know that at some point if their telling you the truth or not.
Therefore at lease Trump going to Twitter, your getting it straight from him and not by someone else, who could mislead you at some point.
To many in the Mainstream News Media have been caught putting things out that Trump didn't say or do, and the Mainstream News Media had to correct themselves on.
Just like CNN covering Trump over in Japan feeding the fish, CNN not showing the whole clip, of the prime minister of Japan dumping his whole tray first. Only showing Trump dumping his tray. That's lieing to the American people.
This is just one good reason why Trump goes to Twitter than go through the Mainstream News Media, That can not be trusted of doing things Right.

To cover up her Criminal activity. you don't hear the Mainstream News Media reporting on this. But covering it up for her.
