What is your favorite meat?

Yeah i've been wanting to hunt/taste some deer,
Deer meat is a great substitute for beef. The flavor isn't as sweet, but it does contain much less greese and fat-material.
Also, fresh King maceral is absolutly the best fish you can eat. Smaller Barracuda's are also pretty good, but if there over 20 pounds, the taste isn't as good. Grouper also has a very good taste to it. Macko sharks taste horrible. Pearch is my favorite fresh water fish. Carp is also great, but only if you can get the mudvain out. Trout is also really good. Me and a few friends caught so many of those one day, we smuggled all we could in everything we could, tackle boxes, jacket pockets (it was raining very hard, and we was wading in the water, so they needed washed anyways), and even those in the group who werent fishing for trout were given a full stringer. I even snuck two back in the pockets of my sweats.

Proud to be a Sinner.
Rainbow trout, barramundi.

All fish is good, except carp is too bony.

Tempted to catch the local eels as i live in a city.

"There's no more sharks in that river, the eels ate them all" :D

I like steak (ribeye, especially...medium-rare), shrimp, and salmon (especially in sushi...it's much, much better raw).

Very close race between wild turkey (the bird, not the drink) battered in corn meal, mixed with Lawry's seasoned salt and lemon pepper vs. whitetail deer backstrap which has been split, stuffed with peppers, soaked in italian dressing for 2 days, wrapped in bacon and grilled over charcoal.

Hmm, hmm, hmmm.

Extra firm tofu, cubed and fried with appropriate spices, or softer tofu, scrambled like eggs. Yummy!

(Sorry -- this is as close as my diet comes to anything "meat!")
