ive don't watch movies much but when i do its been of all those genres plus sci-fi. The only one im not really keen on is western, and romance can get a bit soppy sometimes.

I won't even watch a horror movie. I find them insultingly stupid and manipulative.
I used to like sci-fi but now days it's all comic book nonsense. They don't make any good sci-fi movies anymore.
I kind of like the vengeance movies (like "Taken") but too many of them try to make the bad guys out to be super human and nearly invincible, which annoys the crap out of me.
Dramas are OK but only if the story is really well written and acted. And it's not a rehash of fifteen other movies' story lines.
Mostly I don't watch movies anymore because they suck. Right now streaming series TV has the better quality; like Ted Lasso or Mrs. Maisel.
