Mine is Phantom of the Opera. We had the CD first, and my 4 year old daughter had the entire libretto memorized. I took her to Pantages Theater, and it completely mesmerized both of us.

I'd have to say Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory followed up by The Sound of Music, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Annie, Jesus Christ Superstar , and Tommy.

Les Misérables-- both the play and the movie.
Next is Phantom of the Opera which was saw in Toronto. However, it's sad for us as my parents went with us but then my mother died from cancer a short while later. I still can't listen to the music without tears flooding my eyes.
