Probably a lot. But to get that many people on the same harmony level would be difficult if not impossible.

As we know, power corrupts, and since ESPers assumedly are still human, most would probably continue to act selfishly. Thus, I would rather consider things like telepathy as another source of crime and exploitation.

With "psychic" you mean "magical", don't you?What if all of a person's psychic powers were to start working together in harmony?At 100%?What do you think a person could do with that kind of power?When it comes down to helping people?
I don't believe in that kind of psychic power but if you mean "mental" power, then you'd be able to do things which seem like magic. Talk about (near) perfect memory (there are people who have that), extreme accurate perception (for the little tells that can make you into a human lie detector or cold reader) and a computer, doing arithmetic in record time.
In the TV series "The Mentalist", a guy used such powers to solve crimes.
