What makes one a Buddhist?

You know what, @paarsurrey?

I will try to stop giving you answers that I have no reason to expect you to even attempt to understand.

Tell me a bit on why you are asking that question, whether there is any difference, and what that receiving of light would be by your understanding.

Give me some reason to expect you to be capable of understanding any answers given.
Sorry friend @LuisDantas !
I could not find reply to my query vide post #38 in one's post #40 , I thought one has missed the question, so I asked it again.
In any case, if one likes, I will delete one or both the posts, please.
Regards

The question is not nearly so much of whether you are being given proper replies as of whether you are attempting to understand them.

It is hard to keep the hope that you might be paying attention to what is said and perhaps learning something from that when you just keep returning to your expectations that all other beliefs are ultimately mishappen, underveloped forms of Islaam even when we point out otherwise.

Enlightenment, nirvana, and pacifism.
The three jewels work as well; the buddha, the dharma, and sangha.
