Maxinmizing the emotional and cognative fullfillment of every hour of my life. For instance I have a book in the car wherever I go. I can't go to a place without striking up a conversation with a stranger. I try to make time to see friends at least once a week or more. I realize every segment in life comes with a parameter of a minumum fullfillment and a max. I want to spend as much time as life will allow with family and friends and than get the greatest return on the rest of life's happenings.
