Congress is so evenly divided I don't think Biden will be too badly crippled. He only needs a few Republicans in either one and this may present an opportunity for the moderate Republicans to bypass the obstructionist wing of their party.

But I believe McConnel can simply refuse to have a vote on any of Biden's nominations, just as he has done on numerous legislations passed by the democratic House of Representatives.

Yep. That position has definitively too much power, it should be reformed.

I am also against minimum wage
I agree, it's created the working poor as it is set so low. Anyway, the tories need millions of pounds to give to their friends and spouses in companies that are given contracts, with no tender, to provide incompetent services.

No minimum wage means more people will be employed

Market can decide the prices: if another company really wants you then they can offer higher wages/salary.
