What religion am I?

I will discribe my beliefs and tell me if this sounds like any religion that sounds familair to you.
I believe that there are many gods, with one at the head leading (its the only way evolution makes sense in my oppinion)
I believe that humanity is chosen race, to have come this far and not died, I'd say thats an acomplishment.
I believe that nature is not venerable, that it is cruel and barbaric, but its balance is nessecary.
I believe that violence is a necessecary, being a dead pascifist won't earn you any rewards in my belief.
I believe that relics are important, they help people experience the divine, any faiths relics can have an effect.
Does this sound like anything?

You'd probably make a good UU, but I'm biased. :)

Heh, I wonder if that quiz I linked to says UU to everyone who confuses it.

Just about anyone can be a UUist that's the great thing about it :angel2::rainbow1:

Interesting... why is that?

Done here.

It may be an accomplishment, but it's not at all an impressive one compared to the much greater survival time of the coelacanth -- or even the cockroach.

Evolution is a natural mechanism that does not require a God or many gods to "make sense". If you believe that gods are necessary for evolution then you do not understand evolution.
I believe that humanity is chosen race, to have come this far and not died, I'd say thats an acomplishment.
Every single life form walking the earth today has "come this far and not died." Hardly an accomplishment.
I believe that nature is not venerable, that it is cruel and barbaric, but its balance is nessecary.
I do not know what "balance" you speak of. Can you elaborate?
I believe that violence is a necessecary, being a dead pascifist won't earn you any rewards in my belief.
Necessary for what?

Polytheism.

I just retook it, and I think I confused the hell out of it.

To our own merit though, we have evolved in a very unique way, at least as far as this planet goes. Our very minds have allowed for us to become the Gods of this planet.

It sounds like some sort of polytheist. Your description is too vague to give a detailed description.

i would like to hear more about this. i don't get it. how does that function?

.
There are seperate gods, but they are ruled over by a leader or a king.
Also by evolution making sense, I meant that the evolution has had species that have gone extinct, so it means if there is one god, he is not onimpant and all knowing, but the idea that there are many gods, in a kind of drawing room, making it up as they go along, rather then it all being planned out.

Uh?

We're quite possibly the Gods of shooting at one's own foot, I suppose.

We are not any more unique than any other form of life (or even mineral) in existence. And the impressive nature of our mental development only stresses how hopelessly foolish we turn out to be in the end.

I would bet on Thelema or some other form of Dark Paganism, myself. Senedjem hit the bullseye on this one.

Of course, I wouldn't recommend that, but hey, he did not ask me what to believe.

What if the species evolving and then going extinct is what the omnipotent being wanted to happen.

Then that god is not a benevolant god, like most monotheist gods are meant to be (aparantly)
 This is the reason I am against socialism.
While nature is cruel and barbaric, civilisation offers a hand to the weak and th downtrodden that would normally be killed by nature. So if you support charities, you are a supporter of socialism. But that is besides the point.
