I see. So although there are some things you find more attractive about Subramuniyaswami, you find what you follow overall more attractive.
I find the philosophy of Swami Vivekananda far more attractive,
I agree I love to read him. In every way he is deep. I do not believe that you could find anyone in the 1800's more progressive then he was.
Well, I find the philosophy of Swami Vivekananda far more attractive, but I don't really "follow" any one particular path just yet. I'm still figuring it out.
My choice would be Vaisnava... there is just summin' about those crazy folks. If only people knew what they were jumping up and down about.Next question:

I see. Well, I follow A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada. You are probably familiar with him to some extent.

What about his Guru? (I haven't actually read anything by Ramakrishna, yet.)
He did not write anything himself, being illiterate. He is best described as a charismatic mystic yogi with a simple disarming charm. One of his biographies is very popular, but I am not sure about its accuracy. What about his Guru? (I haven't actually read anything by Ramakrishna, yet.)
