The ability to lead without seeming like he's leading.
The key to leadership is to understand that it is essentially an act of service. No leader has any power that is not given to him/her by agreement of the people being led. A real leader is essentially acting on their behalf, not his own. This is why G. Bush has been an absolutely terrible leader. He is a fool who thinks leadership is all about himself, and about enacting his own ideas, desires, and opinions.Any leader, be it a boss at work, a politician, a preacher, what skills do they really need to be strong?

I think that most people like to see someone as a leader that wouldn't ask anyone to do a job that they themselves wouldn't do. I think that someone who has worked their way into a position no matter what it is whether it is political, religious or job related shows great strength and determination. Unlike someone who steps into a leadership position who did so because their dad or some one they know owns a company or buys the position for them.Any leader, be it a boss at work, a politician, a preacher, what skills do they really need to be strong?
