What we'll evolve to ?

Assuming that the evolution of Humans came from Apes, so what humans
will look like after 100,000 years based on our modern scientific knowledge.

We have no way of knowing, as conditions will continually change, and there is no way to know exactly what they will change to.

Completely unknowable. Evolution is a reactive force, so what we´ll look like will wholly depend on how the environment shifts and changes over the next 100,000 years, which is impossible to predict.

Also, we didn't "come from" apes, we are apes.

That, too.

Generally speaking, human evolution has undoubtedly slowed down enough whereas major changes are not going to be likely in that relatively short period of time, and the reason for this is that large gene pools tend to change more slowly because it takes longer for recessive genes to become more common within that pool. For most of us in today's world, our gene pool is in the billions because of the ease of transportation and the migration of people.

In terms of what we may look like in centuries to come, I doubt our physical appearance will change much provided that out environment remains the same.
What will continue to evolve is our intelligence. Intelligence can be described as the ability of an individual to acquire and apply knowledge and that is what will happen.

We haven't changed that much in the last 100,000 years, but that's mostly because our environments didn't change much over that time period. For the last 100 years or so we have drastically altered the environments that we spend most of our time in. We've also made our species very reliant on synthetic substances for survival. While those creature comforts are all good things, I don't really know if there is any precedent to what it can mean for our continued evolution. We are now producing more offspring that are prone to severe allergies and other genetic diseases, so in a sense we are getting weaker physically, while also expanding our abilities to keep ourselves alive longer. Since this is all just guess-work anyway, I'm going to assume that we become very synthetic-based, and more machine like - similar to what you see in Sci-Fi depictions of other space-faring cultures. We'll start interfacing our handheld devices directly into our brains, using our bodies for tasks that are mostly covered by external devices now. We'll be walking smart phones, and the biological aspect of our upkeep will become a nuisance more than anything else.
