Ruler
The Ruler in each of us understands that we are responsible for our inner and outer lives; the buck stops here. At worst, the Ruler is a despot. At best, the Ruler's order is inclusive, creating inner wholeness and outer community.
This surprised me because I figured I was more the Creator type (I'm really, really artsy-fartsy and paint, draw, play the piano, and enjoy arts and literature).
However, I can see some truth in this. Though I do not seek out positions of leadership (mainly because I've been there, done that and am frankly tired of all that responsibility!), people constantly, CONSTANTLY try to make me the boss of something - whether it's Toastmaster President, or a management position, or head of some neighborhood committee...augh, it's tiresome sometimes!
My joke, all my life has been this: That I am merrily skipping through life, thoroughly enjoying myself, when suddenly I stop, look behind me, and see that there are thirty people following me - and the shocking thing is that they ACTUALLY THINK I KNOW WHERE I AM GOING!
My husband says that even though I never have any idea where I parked my car when I come out of the grocery store - I always march out that door looking like I know exactly where that car is.
I don't know how to change that about myself but unsought leadership can seriously be a burden sometimes.
