I don't watch westerns willingly... they just aren't my cup of tea.

My mother forced me to watch Young Guns with her though... It's old, maybe even older than me. It was okay, but not what I would have chosen to watch.

Young Guns should not be used to judge the genre. Try Silverado, then, if you still don't like westerns, its certianly not your cup of tea.
