When was the last time you cried?

What caused it?

I envy women who can cry so easily as some that I've known who will shed tears over a movie or something.

I'm pretty sure the last time I cried was years ago... alcohol or some other chemical caused it...it felt great!

The last time my ex made dinner. Trust me, it wasn't tears of joy.

Today, due to some pretty bad knee pains, deep depression and anxiety, IBS flaring up, a migraine-intensity headache, and frustrations with healthcare that won't give me anything prescription-strength for my pain and repeatedly giving me SSRIs for depression despite SSRIs consistently not working for me and their being other types of anti-depressant medications that aren't SSRIs.

I'm sending you positive vibes over here. I'm sorry you have to go through that. Knowing that, I wish I was imbued with powers to make those pains go away.

I cried on my birthday. Reflecting on my parents not being here. Sad at 36 to experience death that happened so many years ago. I often wish I traded places with them.
