When will prominent Jewis hScholars apologise for the actions of Israel?

are you saying that a rabbi (I'm not sure what makes someone prominent enough to be included in your category) as a religious leader should apologize for the long wait times at the Israeli motor vehicles offices? Should the rabbi criticize the current housing crisis (http://rhr.org.il/eng/2013/11/press-release-public-housing-crisis/) . Do you expect a random rabbi to apologize on behalf of the Israeli government for its treatment of stray animals?

If you are looking for something specific, say it.

They shouldn't have to answer to someone who believes that looting of Hindu temples was the golden age of India.
Overall, when Muslims will apologize for their terror acts, killing of gays, atheists, Hindus, pagans, Jews since the day of its conception... Then Jews will apologize.

Or have they done so already? I'm curious.

I think the israeli authority should apologize for crimes that they have committed.

But I don't think jewish scholars or jews in general have to apologize.
As a muslim I don't believe muslim scholars should apologize for crimes committed by extremists who happen to be muslims. So it would be a bit hypocritical of me to demand a apology from rabbis or jews who didn't commit a crime.

I've not known a single Muslim who is responsible for those acts, so why should they apologize for them? Should we expect affirming churches to apologize for the discrimination other churches bring upon the GLBT community?

Often it's better to understand something clearly before actually saying something. You should try it sometime.
I get it that Muslims must never be questioned because of vote banks of the western left, but often a deeper understanding of history and actually staying in the context of what is being said than associate it with something else.

Israel is a secular state, mostly, which is favorable to Jewish immigrants.

I think @columbus nailed the answer on the head.
I see often that Muslims assume that since Israel is predominantly a Jewish state, it must be governed by Jewish laws, much as you may find in the Islamic world. This is not true and although I've repeated it often, they seem to have trouble understanding this. Israel is a secular state. Its government is mostly made up of secular Jews. Its laws are the same secular laws you'd find in any other secular country. To my knowledge, with the exception of marriage and conversion, there are no Jewish laws that are also laws of the state of Israel except by coincidence (like stealing and killing).

So for a Jewish scholar (rabbi) to make any comment about the actions of Israel would probably be like an Imam commenting about the actions of Turkey.

On the other hand, when an ultra-Orthodox man stabbed people at a gay-pride parade in Jerusalem, the Chief Rabbi of Israel (ultra-Orthodox) as well as other Rabbis did speak out against the actions of the man associated with their sects.
