I watched a documentary on manufacturing of organs from scrap. For example, using small pieces of liver from here and there, and forming a complete liver. This new liver won't have much troubles with rejection from the receiver body.

I guess in the future on eBay, will be for sale brand new livers sold from China and also pre-owned livers from different sellers.
